Website demonstration notice
This is a proposed website demonstration for Koor Dindar Mothei Quantity Surveyors, not a confirmed official privacy policy of the company. It must be reviewed and approved before a public launch.
Information entered into the enquiry form
The form allows visitors to enter a name, email, optional telephone, organisation, project type and message. The current site does not submit those details to a server, retain them in a database, or use analytics cookies. On submission, it prepares a message within the visitor's email client addressed to jhb@kdm.co.za. Sending the message is the visitor's action, governed by the email provider's terms.
Cost Studio
The Cost Studio runs locally in the browser. A visitor may choose to carry their selections to the contact page. Selections are transferred through the page URL and are not stored on a website server. Avoid including sensitive or confidential commercial information in the tool.
Links to third-party websites
External source links open third-party websites that have their own privacy practices. This site does not control those websites.
POPIA and enquiries
For questions about the handling of personal information after an email is sent to KDM, contact jhb@kdm.co.za. A final company-approved notice should identify responsible parties, lawful purposes, retention periods and rights procedures as required by applicable South African law.
